This project was especially challenging due to the buildings Grade II Listed status.  The building was constructed in 1911 for the North-Eastern Railway Company by designer William Bell, therefore it was essential that a high-class finish was delivered.

Sigma were involved in the full refurbishment including internal offices that required remodeling as well as the installation of all new lighting controlled via DALI lighting controls, power, fire alarms and data.
